Miryco Consultants is working with a global investment manager to add a Project Manager to their Change and Transformation function. The team delivers complex, cross-functional initiatives that support strategic growth, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and technology modernisation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of high-impact change initiatives from inception through to implementation
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across business, operations, and technology teams
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource forecasts, and budgets
- Define and embed governance structures and reporting standards
- Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions
- Provide clear, concise project updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees
- Build strong relationships across functions to drive alignment and support decision-making
- Ensure project outputs meet quality standards and deliver agreed benefits
Experience:
- Proven experience managing complex business or technology change in financial services (investment management experience beneficial but not essential)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and communicating clearly at all levels
- Experience with project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Skilled in using project management tools and producing high-quality reporting
