Responsibilities of a Clymac Project Support Administrator:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Track project progress and update stakeholders on milestones and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and status reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Regularly communicate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations
- Support project managers in resource management and allocation
- Payment applications and invoicing
- Scheduling site visits for our installation team each day and raising jobs on our system
- Taking inbound calls from customers & engineers
- Ordering and dispatching system parts and access equipment to sites ahead of visits
- Liaising with engineers regarding their accommodation and travel arrangements
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field - not essential
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
