Our client, a leading mid-market infrastructure investment manager, is looking to hire a Senior Associate to strengthen its investment team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, contributing to deal sourcing, investment analysis, execution, and ongoing asset management. The role will focus on direct greenfield and brownfield opportunities across sectors such as energy transition, renewables, digital infrastructure, transportation, and essential social infrastructure.
The Role:
- Contribute to deal origination and the identification of new investment opportunities
- Take responsibility for major components of deal execution, including financial modelling, due diligence coordination, valuation analysis, structuring, and preparation of transaction documentation
- Support the ongoing asset management of portfolio companies
The Candidate:
- Currently at the Associate level within the infrastructure or energy team of a highly regarded M&A investment bank or an infrastructure private equity fund
- Proven experience in energy or infrastructure M&A advisory, project finance, or direct infrastructure investments
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- A desire to be part of a growing, high-performing infrastructure investment team
