About the Role
The firm is looking to hire an Associate to join its investment team based in London. The role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle across transactions in technology, with meaningful responsibility from day one.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute growth equity investments in technology and software businesses across Europe.
- Conduct market research, financial modelling, valuation analysis, and business diligence.
- Support deal execution including transaction structuring, investment committee preparation, and closing.
- Work closely with portfolio company management teams and operating partners on strategic initiatives and value creation.
- Assist with sourcing new investment opportunities and building long-term relationships with founders, management teams, and intermediaries.
