Job Description: Scrum Master – Full-Time Remote (UK)
Position: Scrum Master
Experience: 0–12 Years
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Work Mode: Fully Remote (UK-based)

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Support the team in removing obstacles, resolving conflicts, and improving processes.
- Act as a servant leader to the team, promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Track and report team metrics, progress, and performance to relevant stakeholders.
- Promote adherence to Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies and mindset.
Required Skills & Experience
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and remove impediments for the team.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar Agile project management tools

Pay: £30,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
