Real Estate Portfolio Management Analyst – London

We are recruiting for an International Investor and Asset Owner who are seeking a commercially minded Real Estate Portfolio Management Analyst to join our London team and help shape the performance of a growing, high-quality property portfolio. Working closely with senior asset and investment managers, you’ll play a key role in analysing portfolio performance, identifying value-creation opportunities, and supporting strategic decisions across multiple sectors, including residential, office, retail and logistics.
The Role
- Monitoring and analysing portfolio performance, including income, occupancy, leasing activity and capital values
- Building, maintaining and improving financial models and dashboards to support portfolio reporting and decision-making
- Preparing clear, insightful reports and presentations for internal committees, investors and lenders
- Supporting business plans and hold/sell analyses for individual assets and sub-portfolios
- Conducting market research on rents, yields, financing conditions and macro trends impacting UK and European real estate
- Collaborating with asset managers, finance, and transactions teams to ensure data integrity and consistent portfolio insights
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years’ experience in real estate, corporate finance, consulting, or investment/portfolio analysis
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with Argus, Power BI or similar tools is a plus
- Comfortable working with large data sets and turning numbers into clear, actionable insights
- Solid understanding of real estate valuation concepts and key performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills – you can distil complex information into concise, compelling narratives
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused, with the confidence to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
