About the Role
Albany Beck is seeking an experienced Project Manager / PMO to support a major financial services client across a portfolio of four technology-driven initiatives. This role sits within a fast-paced environment focused on Salesforce enhancements, digital client questionnaires, workflow optimisation tools, and AML risk-rating capability uplift.
We are looking for a hands-on PM who can establish structure, governance, and delivery discipline where it currently does not exist. You will be the central coordinator across multiple workstreams, ensuring risks, dependencies, and progress are clearly tracked and communicated.#
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain core project governance, including status reporting, RAID logs, dependency tracking, and delivery plans
- Drive progress across four concurrent technology projects, ensuring milestones, risks, and blockers are fully managed
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with technology and business stakeholders
- Oversee enhancements to Salesforce and support delivery of a digital questionnaire and workflow optimisation tool
- Support delivery of AML risk-rating improvements and related technology solutions
- Bring structure, clarity, and discipline to an environment with limited existing PMO frameworks
- Ensure consistent communication, documentation, and alignment across all workstreams
About You
- Around 10 years of Project Management / PMO experience
- Proven ability to set up and run governance in environments with little to no existing structure
- Strong technology delivery background – this is not a change-management role
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly organised with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Financial services experience preferred
