Hiring: Senior Programme Manager – Tier 1 Asset Manager (London)
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead a major multi-year transformation program for a Tier 1 asset management client.
This is a high-visibility role driving complex change across business and technology teams, requiring strong leadership, structure, and stakeholder influence.
Key Details
- Location: London (preferred)
- Day Rate Range: £1000-£1200 (DOE)
- Working Model: On-site 3–4 days/week (hybrid possible)
- Contract Length: 2+ years
- Start Date: Mid-January
Core Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of a large, multi-workstream program, with clear definition of scope, timelines, and outcomes.
- Oversee the reconfiguration or redeployment of SimCorp Dimension, coordinating business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Define, maintain, and execute the program roadmap, milestones, RAID logs, and governance structures.
- Drive high-quality program reporting, steering committee packs, and executive updates.
Stakeholder & Executive Management
- Act as the primary interface for senior and C-suite stakeholders across the client and vendor landscape.
- Navigate a complex environment, aligning global teams and managing competing priorities.
- Communicate with clarity, consistency, and influence to keep the program on track.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering large-scale programs within asset management or financial services
- Strong understanding of investment operations, middle/back-office processes, and financial systems
- Experience with SimCorp Dimension is a plus, but not mandatory
- Outstanding stakeholder management and comfort influencing senior and C-level leaders
- Highly structured, detail-oriented program governance and documentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, politically sensitive, high-stakes environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
