Contract: 12 month Fixed Term Contract (inside IR35)
Salary: £52,000 - £58,000
Location: 1-2 days a week on-site
A Global Professional and Financial Services organisation with offices in London are looking for an experienced Events Professional to join their growing team on a 1 year contract (with possibility of extension).
This is a Global role, working with the senior leadership team. The ideal person will be strategic in their approach and have a positive, upbeat attitude.
Position Overview:
- Lead the development and management of strategic partnerships for events.
- Project manage, coordinate and execute successful events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including scheduling, vendors, and venues.
- Oversee event marketing and promotion to maximize attendance.
- Ensure seamless on-site event execution, including troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in event coordination, ideally in a professional services organisation. Financial services experience is a huge plus.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Creativity and a strategic mindset.
