The Role
As a Client Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in crafting outstanding client solutions. Working closely with 2–3 Partners, you’ll help them deeply understand their clients’ needs, interpret nuanced briefs, and bring clarity and structure to complex situations.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Partners to manage client activity and engagement, staying across and ahead of client needs and priorities
- Manage end-to-end design, development and delivery of client solutions – combining rigorous research with strong intuition and judgement
- Determine the insights or access required to solve client needs, and identify optimal sources from either within or beyond the existing network
- Lead the research team in extracting insights from the network
- Contribute to the identification and cultivation of human intelligence sources and networks
- Assess incoming reports and information to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Identify gaps in the research or network and guide the team in addressing them
- Synthesise and translate insights into high-quality (concise, high impact, differentiated) client-ready materials
- Brief partners on client solutions

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution and with ~6 years or more of professional experience.
