We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Creative Operations team within Tesco’s in-house Creative Studio on a 6-month contract. This role is all about driving transformational change in how we create and deliver content across the business.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping new ways of working – managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and embedding processes that enable efficiency and consistency. If you’re organised, proactive, and love making things happen, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead change projects: Oversee initiatives that transform how content is created and delivered within the Creative Studio.
- Coordinate stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and the Creative Studio to ensure alignment.
- Work alongside Creative Studio Leads: Collaborate with team leads to co-ordinate handover and transition from the external agency.
- Define and embed workflows: Help set up processes that support efficiency and consistency for future projects.
- Track progress and report: Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
- Problem-solving: Identify potential risks and find practical solutions to keep things on track.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within creative, marketing, or agency environments.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with creative workflows and tools (e.g. Adobe Workfront) is a bonus.
