As an Agile Delivery Manager at Futurice, you’ll support our clients and teams to deliver seamless end-to-end projects — from discovery and design through to delivery. Sometimes that means acting as a Scrum Master for agile engagements; other times, it’s stepping into a more traditional Delivery Manager role for waterfall-style projects.
Your purpose is to ensure projects are coordinated, transparent, and impactful: keeping everyone aligned, surfacing risks early, and freeing up senior staff to focus on relationships and growth.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll:
-
Drive agile delivery with client teams, including coaching and implementing agile best practices.
- Coach and guide teams in adopting Agile practices, helping organisations new to Agile build confidence and maturity.
- Monitor and share project health and commercials, giving visibility to both senior management and clients.
- Report on progress and improvements, highlighting successes and identifying opportunities to evolve ways of working.
- Unblock teams and resolve issues quickly by working closely with both clients and Futurice colleagues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery practices across Futurice.
- Bring AI and data-driven insights into how we deliver, testing and sharing new approaches that make our work smarter and more impactful.
We’d love to hear from you if this sounds like you:
-
You're a Scrum Master and/or have Agile Delivery experience — ideally in-house or fully embedded within clients if you work in an agency.
- Strong project management skills, including commercials and financials.
- Experience delivering end-to-end projects across discovery, design, and delivery.
- Evidence of using AI to improve ways of working or delivery practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills, building trust and alignment across teams.
- Experience coaching organisations in adopting Agile for the first time.
- You're a self-starter who takes ownership and drives outcomes.
- You're solution-oriented, pragmatic, and flexible.
- Excited by continuous improvement and evolving practices.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and creating clarity.
Nice-to-haves:
-
Experience mentoring or coaching peers in delivery roles.
We use a transparent salary model based on your skills, responsibilities, and impact. The salary band for this role is £55,000 – £75,000, depending on experience.
We also believe in care, trust, transparency, and continuous improvement. Here’s what that looks like in practice:
-
A supportive, values-driven team culture where individuality is celebrated.
- A personal learning budget (£1200/year), mentoring, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Flexible, remote-first working with colleagues across the UK and EU.
- Private health insurance (WPA), pension contributions (6%+), and wellbeing support (£50/month via Juno).
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off — increasing by 1 day per year after 3 years’ service (capped at 30).
- A tiered parental leave policy (16 weeks maternity, 4 weeks partner, full pay depending on tenure).
- EV salary sacrifice scheme (depending on tenure).
We aim to make the process clear, human, and respectful of your time:
- Recruiter screen (30m) – with someone from our People Team
- Skills-based interview (60m) – with 2 team members from our Futurice team
- Ways of working & values interview (45m) – with a cross-functional duo.
At Futurice, we celebrate individuality and believe our differences make us stronger. We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive, regardless of background, identity, or lived experience. We warmly encourage everyone to apply — even if you don’t tick every box.
Please note: Unfortunately we won’t be able to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
