A leading real estate investment and asset management platform is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to join its London team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone analytical, ambitious, and passionate about using data to shape real estate strategy across multiple asset classes.
The Portfolio Analyst will play a key part in delivering insightful, data-led reporting and analysis across a range of UK property portfolios. Responsibilities include:
- Producing high-quality portfolio reports and presenting insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Building and managing financial models to track asset and portfolio performance.
- Maintaining key trackers for NOI, performance and return metrics.
- Conducting analysis to support acquisitions, refinancing, repurposing and disposals.
- Undertaking market research, feasibility studies and scenario modelling.
- Identifying efficiencies and helping to develop reporting standards and templates.
You will have:
- 1–3 years’ experience in real estate data analysis, portfolio reporting or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced Excel capability (lookups, Index/Match, pivot tables, modelling, data visualisation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to interpret and communicate complex information clearly.
- A proactive, collaborative and adaptable mindset.
- A degree in finance, economics, mathematics, science, engineering or real estate (preferred).
