We are supporting a market-leading international organisation in the digital entertainment and fintech platform technology space in the search for a Global Head of Projects (Digital & Fintech Platform Delivery).
This role focuses on leading complex, multi-region strategic initiatives within a regulated, digital product environment, working closely with Product, Technology and Commercial leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and scale a commercial project delivery function across multiple countries
Deliver strategic projects involving digital products, payments and platform operations
Establish governance and project management frameworks suitable for regulated fintech-style environments
Partner with Product, Technology and Commercial teams to drive delivery outcomes
Define scope, milestones, dependencies and risk strategies across multi-country initiatives
Build and develop a high-performing PM team
• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements:
7+ years in project or programme management within digital, fintech or platform-based organisations
Proven experience delivering commercial or strategic projects at scale
Strong PMO governance background
• Experience working with Product and Technology teams
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capability
Experience in regulated digital environments strongly preferred
Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving businesses
