I. Role Summary
The Program Manager for plays a pivotal role in delivering a new Target Operating Model (TOM) that integrates key business processes and technology-enabled solutions into a unified, efficient global service delivery framework. Acting as the central connection point across workstreams, this role ensures seamless functional handoffs, resolves inter-workstream dependencies, and drives global process standardization. The Program Manager provides structure, alignment, and operational discipline across the full lifecycle of the transformation.
II. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
A. Program Management & Dependency Resolution
- Integrated Planning: Develop and maintain the workstream’s detailed project plan within the program management tool, ensuring alignment with the global program roadmap.
- Dependency Ownership: Serve as the primary owner for all cross-functional dependencies affecting the workstream. Ensure that upstream and downstream process requirements are fully met and escalate program-level issues to senior leadership as needed.
- Budget & Resource Management: Track workstream spend against budget and manage resource requirements, including SMEs and Business Analysts critical to TOM design and execution.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, document, and mitigate operational, process, and adoption risks associated with global standardization and shifting work to new delivery networks.
B. Stakeholder Management & Change Enablement
- Executive Reporting: Deliver clear, concise, and insightful status updates for senior leadership and program governance forums.
- Stakeholder Consensus: Engage, influence, and manage senior stakeholders across multiple regions to secure alignment, buy-in, and sign-off on key deliverables.
- Change Enablement Liaison: Partner with the People Change and Communications workstream to ensure accurate, timely inputs for training, communication materials, and adoption activities relating to new global processes.
III. Essential Experience & Skills
- Program Experience: Minimum 5 years managing complex global transformation or operational integration programs, ideally within financial services, professional services, or business process outsourcing environments.
- TOM Expertise: Demonstrated success in designing and implementing global Target Operating Models and leading organizational change.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of how technology platforms integrate with and reshape core business processes.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops, facilitate decision-making, build consensus among diverse groups, and navigate high-pressure environments.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile practices and hybrid program delivery models, bridging traditional governance with iterative, agile development cycles.
