We are currently working with a large US Investment Bank who have a Boutique offering here in London, which is looking to expand its M&A team across the Infrastructure, Renewables and Energy Space.
They are currently looking to hire at the Analyst 2/3 level and are seeking someone who wants to grow with the business. Due to the increased level of activity within the time and a growing 2026 pipeline, they are looking to make an urgent hire!

Responsibilities
- Support the execution of M&A strategic advisory mandates
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare investment memoranda, pitch materials, and client presentations
- Support deal origination and business development
- Engage with clients, investors, and project developers throughout the deal process
Requirements
- They are looking a candidates with 2/3 years within M&A, Corporate Finance or Investment Banking
- Past experience within Infrastructure, Renewables and Energy is required
- An entrepreneurial mindset in order to try and help grow the business as well as your career.
