Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver Salesforce implementations and related digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and end-users to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to manage complex, multi-platform delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Salesforce, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and system integration projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ensuring scalability, quality, and timely execution across concurrent initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional teams including architects, developers, BAs, QA, and DevOps engineers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Drive Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies—facilitating sprint ceremonies, reviews, and delivery governance.
- Engage closely with clients to translate business needs into actionable project plans and maintain consistent communication.
- Monitor project budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure delivery excellence and profitability.
- Lead stakeholder communication and maintain alignment between business expectations and technical outcomes.
- Establish and enforce delivery governance frameworks and PMO standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, innovation, and process optimization.
- Mentor junior project managers and delivery leads, fostering strong accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure best practices are applied across future engagements.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 6+ years’ experience managing technology or consulting projects, ideally within Salesforce, cloud, or integration ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage multi-vendor and cross-functional delivery teams across global geographies.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and the ability to tailor methodologies to project needs.
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to align technical solutions with strategic business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
- Experience with integration projects involving APIs, middleware, or enterprise systems (preferred).
- Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Salesforce, GCP) and familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD practices.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are preferred.
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a fast-paced consulting environment with minimal supervision.
