PMO - Technology & Organisation Transformation (Hybrid – London)
We are supporting a major transformation within the Technology Office for an insurance organisation and are seeking a hands-on PMO Lead to drive delivery across a complex enterprise systems change programme. This work includes restructuring, combining two business areas, and supporting a refreshed senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee PMO activity for a significant technology and organisational transformation.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and ensure the programme stays aligned to plan, milestones, and timelines.
- Produce high-quality documentation including job descriptions, organisation charts, business cases, proposal packs, and executive updates.
- Maintain strong governance practices, tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and progress.
- Act as trusted support to senior leadership, enabling clarity, momentum, and informed decision-making.
- Work closely with internal communications to ensure timely, well-managed messaging around organisational changes.
- Support the integration of teams and restructuring activity, ensuring impacts across the business are understood and managed.
About You
- Proven PMO experience within transformation programmes, ideally within insurance or broader financial services.
- Strong understanding of how organisational and technology change affects different business areas.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior leaders and internal comms.
- Highly organised, delivery-focused, energetic, and able to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in producing clear, well-structured documentation and programme materials.
- Able to attend the London office two days per week.
