How will I develop?
During your first few weeks with the firm, you will receive training that has been designed to cover the core areas of the work the team delivers for clients. Our ambition is to enable all our colleagues from graduate and beyond to achieve their personal and professional goals by providing access to a wide range of quality learning materials and opportunities.
As a new member of the team, you are empowered to become part of a client project and begin understanding and solving complex problems. We will provide support and ongoing training to allow you to learn how to handle confidential information, deliver quality work, and help build and maintain relationships with key clients.
