Now, we’re entering an exciting scale-up phase, and we’re looking for a talented Operations Assistant to join our team.
About the Role
This is an incredible opportunity to get to the heart of our operations — with hands-on experience across key business areas, including LendingOps, LoanOps, FinOps, Credit, Portfolio Management, and Project Management.
You’ll take ownership of real tasks from day one - analysing data, improving processes, and collaborating with teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Ideal for graduates or early-career professionals, this role offers a strong foundation for progression and long-term growth within financial services.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimise operational data, records, and dashboards for accuracy and compliance.
- Support investor operations – AML checks, onboarding, deposits, withdrawals, and ISA transactions.
- Oversee loan lifecycle processes, from drawdowns to repayments.
- Prepare key documents for Credit, Origination, and Lending teams.
- Enhance internal controls — borrower due diligence, insurance tracking, and vendor onboarding.
- Partner with teams to streamline workflows and drive innovation through new tools and processes.
