Job Purpose
BPP is in the midst of a rapid international and vertical expansion across the Higher Education sector. In the past 3 years, it has acquired multiple businesses and entered the Canadian and Australian markets, thus creating a truly international footprint.
This role will focus on identifying, designing, and accelerating the launch of high-impact academic programmes that leverage existing content, expertise, and market opportunities across our regions. All programme development and synergy initiatives must be guided by a clear understanding of student and client needs, ensuring that every offering is relevant, high-quality, and delivers value to its intended audience.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with regional CEOs and academic heads of our entities to generate revenue synergies with BPP through the launch of new programs within the regions

Analyse programme portfolios across the Group to identify scalable opportunities that can be leveraged to create further synergies

Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver agreed synergy plans, including new programme launches in Business, Health, and Technology

Act as the central liaison between regional teams and BPP University, as well as other UK-based entities (e.g. DMI, Firebrand, Buttercups) and relevant teams, including Marketing, compliance, technology, etc.

Oversee the commercial design of new programmes—ensuring market fit, regulatory compliance, pricing strategy, and quality standards

Accelerate programme execution using agile methodologies and ensure teams are resourced for delivery

Track and report on revenue synergies generated through acquisitions in collaboration with the integration team
Skills, experience & qualifications required

Demonstrable knowledge of academic programme design, including curriculum development, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance

Ability to identify and deliver revenue-generating opportunities across diverse markets at speed, thus showing a strong commercial mindset

Familiarity with higher education frameworks, vocational training, and professional qualifications

Preferable to have experience working with international education markets

Experience in developing and executing commercial strategies within an educational or service-based organisation

Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans with measurable outcomes

Awareness of agile methodologies and programme acceleration techniques

Ability to spot emerging trends and translate them into innovative programme offerings

Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and work with senior stakeholders
