AI Enablement and Governance is a highly visible, cross-functional team responsible for establishing and enforcing AI governance frameworks, partnering closely with business and technology leaders to enable responsible, value-driven use of AI across Fitch. The team is refining processes using automation to efficiently guide stakeholders through risk-based AI governance workflows.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Develop and maintain standardized, transparent governance frameworks and best practices, ensuring AI adoption is ethical, well-controlled, and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.
Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Technology, and business stakeholders to guide the responsible democratization and risk management of AI, particularly on agent-centric platforms.
Educate and advise stakeholders on governance best practices, ethical use, and risk mitigation, promoting process transparency and incorporating industry best practices and stakeholder feedback for ongoing improvement.
You May be a Good Fit if:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information systems, business administration, economics, law, or a related field.
7 years of risk management experience (enterprise, technology, or model risk), with at least 3 years directly focused on AI governance or oversight of AI/ML systems.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
Experience managing compliance with global AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act), standards, and ethical considerations.
