The Role
As our Project & Operations Manager, you’ll be the operational engine ensuring LXA runs efficiently and delivers world-class client and event experiences.
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end project management across client engagements, capability programmes, consulting projects, and large-scale events (notably AntiCon, our 2000+ attendee flagship. You’ll also drive internal operational excellence, embedding automation and AI across processes.

You’ll report directly to the senior leadership team, working closely with them to deliver LXA’s strategic initiatives and key client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Engagement Management
- Lead delivery of capability programmes and agent-design consulting projects.
- Plan, manage, and deliver the AntiCon event end-to-end — from supplier sourcing and negotiation to budget management and on-site operations.
- Ensure flawless communication with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Track progress against project milestones, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage risk logs, change controls, and post-event/project reviews.
Business Operations & Improvement
- Drive operational excellence across LXA, identifying and implementing improvements across finance, marketing, and delivery workflows.
- Support senior leadership with high-priority initiatives (e.g. optimising email deliverability, improving reporting, automating workflows).
- Design, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all core business functions, establishing a centralised “Master AI Operations Tool” that integrates and automates workflows, ensuring consistency, scalability, and continuous optimisation of LXA’s processes.
- Leverage AI tools and data analytics to enhance efficiency, consistency, and output quality.
Tool & Platform Ownership

- HubSpot (CRM & automation) - Desirable
- Excel (data & reporting) - Essential
Skills & Attributes
- Meticulous attention to detail — almost pedantic in standards of organisation.

- Strong written and verbal communication; confident managing senior stakeholders and clients.

- Experienced in agile project management methodologies.

Experience & Qualifications
- 5–7 years+ experience in project management (required)
- Experience ideally within consulting and events.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
- Comfortable with cross-functional systems (CRM, PM tools, finance, data).
- Exposure to AI-enabled workflows or automation tools is a plus.
- Project-management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) (desirable not essential)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (desirable not essential)
