About Us:
At Hydrocore, we specialize in innovative water mist systems for fire safety. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Project/Operations Manager to lead our projects and optimize our operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate project activities from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless operations and compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements as needed. Conduct risk assessments to address potential challenges during project implementation.
- Prepare regular reports on project status for stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management in fire protection industry or related fields.
- Excellent management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
