Summary of Position:

As Project Manager at Bladefence, you will coordinate, plan, execute, and complete wind turbine blade projects, serving as the main contact for customers and field teams to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management

Coordinate with customers, field operations, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Monitor project progress and deadlines, ensuring timely completion
Track and report on project status and milestones

Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for both customers and field teams for assigned projects
Maintain regular communication with the Blade Operations Director, customers, and field teams

Planning

Plan allocation of resources in close collaboration with the Blade Operations Director

Administrative Tasks

Review project hours, handle inspection of purchase receipts and invoices, and approve expenses

Business Development

Contribute to improving efficiency, performance, and quality in project management
Participate in initiatives aimed at advancing business development

Qualifications:

Further Vocational Qualification or other relevant degree
Qualification in Project Management

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managerial tasks and project coordination

Skills:

Fluent English (Swedish and Finnish highly beneficial but not mandatory)
Proficiency in creating, manipulating, and utilising spreadsheets and documents

Work Location:

This position can be performed remotely (aligned with Nordic office hours) or from our headquarters in Vantaa, Finland.
Position may require business-related travel such as business trips, events and meetings
