As we continue to expand, we’re now seeking an additional Intelligence Director to join our senior leadership team: a pivotal role that will shape the strategic direction of our global intelligence function and guide our continued success.
The Role
The Intelligence Director is the senior-most operational intelligence leader in the company, responsible for steering intelligence teams in alignment with business strategy, client needs, and market opportunity. Reporting directly to the board, you’ll provide visionary leadership to multiple Deputy Directors and their teams with regional or thematic foci, ensuring our intelligence outputs remain accurate, relevant, innovative, and commercially impactful.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across all intelligence activities, guiding regional and thematic teams in line with business goals.
- Oversee operational performance, ensuring quality, timeliness, and analytical depth across all outputs.
- Drive innovation in intelligence methodologies, technologies, and workflows.
- Lead and mentor, fostering collaboration, cohesion, and excellence across teams.
- Represent the company externally, engaging with senior clients and stakeholders to shape new opportunities and bespoke intelligence offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, data, and business development teams to enhance operational efficiency and market differentiation.
- Contribute to business strategy, offering executive-level insights on global risks, market opportunities, and emerging intelligence trends.
About You
You are a seasoned intelligence leader with a proven ability to direct complex, multi-regional operations and deliver at scale. You combine analytical authority with commercial insight, and you’re equally comfortable shaping strategy at the board table as you are engaging with clients.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Extensive senior-level experience in intelligence management, ideally across OSINT or related disciplines.
- A track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering operational excellence.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen: able to connect intelligence outputs to business growth.
- Deep understanding of geopolitical dynamics, intelligence methodologies, and analytical best practice.
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
- A passion for innovation and developing future leaders.
- Existing security clearance, or the willingness and eligibility to obtain it.
