With a proven track record in both investment and advisory, this is a rare opportunity to join a team that blends institutional rigour with entrepreneurial agility.

- Work directly with senior professionals and clients, developing deep expertise in financial structuring, due diligence, and strategic advisory.
- Contribute to fund management activities, including investment appraisal, portfolio monitoring, and performance analysis.
This role offers hands-on exposure, real responsibility, and the chance to develop advanced skills in both corporate finance and venture investing — all while contributing to sectors critical to the global decarbonisation agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and interpret complex financial and valuation models for transactions and investments.
- Support the execution of fundraisings, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic disposals.
- Prepare investment memoranda, client materials, and board presentations.
- Conduct sector and market research to support deal origination and investment decisions.
- Assist with due diligence, transaction documentation, and deal structuring.
- Provide analytical and reporting support across fund and portfolio management activities.

- High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:

- Exposure to CleanTech, ClimateTech, or infrastructure transactions.
