The Opportunity

We are supporting a stealth AI Startup backed by leading investors. Building vertically integrated, mission driven platforms that combine deep AI, data and human expertise.

They are now scaling rapidly and need a hands on PMO and Delivery Lead to bring structure, focus and rhythm to their operations. You will help connect the dots across teams, keep execution flowing and make sure that projects turn into outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Lead internal delivery rhythm across key initiatives
Establish planning, reporting and communication systems
Surface blockers quickly and maintain team momentum
Connect leadership priorities to delivery on the ground
Facilitate collaboration across product, data and operations
Support founders in sequencing and prioritising work
Track progress and build visibility for decisions and outcomes

What We’re Looking For

4 to 8 years experience in PMO, delivery or operations roles within Startups or fast scaling B2B environments
Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders
Strong communication and relationship skills across senior levels
Comfortable creating order in high growth, fast changing contexts
Practical knowledge of modern delivery tools such as Notion, Monday or ClickUp
Calm under pressure, decisive and relentlessly outcome focused
