This is not a corporate maintenance role. It is about building from the ground up, at pace, and with conviction. We need someone who can conceptualise the big picture and execute the details, a leader who thrives in pre revenue chaos, yet knows how to install the financial discipline, operating cadence, and strategic clarity that turns momentum into scale.
You Should Bring
- Proven experience taking a SaaS or AI platform from 0 to $20M+ ARR, ideally across multiple businesses
- Hands on M&A and transaction experience, leading the process from strategy through to deal close
- Strong SaaS and AI commercial fluency, deep understanding of usage based models, integrations, and the mechanics of scaling enterprise grade platforms
- Ability to own the operating cadence, running the day to day so the CEO can focus on vision, strategy, and partnerships
- Track record of building lean, high performing teams and setting up scalable systems early
- High emotional intelligence and self awareness, able to lead from the front in the grassroots stage, then evolve into a strategic board level leader as scale comes
- Motivation beyond the paycheck, driven by purpose, ownership, and the opportunity to build something category defining
- Strong understanding of AI native and SaaS driven ecosystems
- A big social and commercial mindset, someone who knows how to make money, understands value creation, and can think strategically in terms of relationships and alliances
- Ability to look 12 to 24 months ahead and align all activity to the strategic and financial plan

Key Responsibilities
- 0 to $20M Execution: Build the systems, processes, and cadence that scale us from pre revenue to strong traction
- Financial Strategy: Own financial planning, fundraising, and investor relations, delivering a capital efficient growth model
- M&A and Transactions: Drive capital raises, lead negotiations, structure strategic partnerships, and prepare the business for acquisition or exit
- Enterprise Partnerships: Structure early enterprise collaborations and partner programs that accelerate adoption
- B2B Growth: Execute a blended strategy of direct sign up SaaS and partner led enterprise sales
- Team and Culture: Build, mentor, and retain exceptional talent, embedding accountability and clarity into the culture
- Governance: Partner with the CEO and Board to ensure investor confidence and operational excellence
