The iHV is seeking a Learning and Development Programme manager to organise and manage our extensive training programme.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the iHV as our Learning and Development Programme Manager to support the further development of our training functions and support the Director of Programmes and wider team activity.
We are looking for a proven track record of managing and coordinating projects or managing multiple programmes of work. You will need excellent communication skills to liaise directly with course participants and wider stakeholders linked to iHV learning and development commissions.
As the Learning and Development Programme Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination of our regular events, ensuring that these are delivered to the highest standard and meet our contractual obligations to our stakeholders.
