Senior Site Project Engineer
Salary: up to £45,000 per annum
Location: Kendal (on site)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00 pm

The role:
As a Projects Engineer, you will play a key role in planning and delivering engineering projects that drive operational excellence across our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You'll bring your technical know-how and project management experience to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that support our continuous improvement strategy.
This is a full-time role based at our headquarters in Kendal.
What you’ll be doing:
- Plan and implement assigned engineering projects, from concept to completion.
- Define project scopes and objectives in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and resource schedules.
- Ensure quality assurance and safety compliance (including RAMS and PPE standards).
- Manage all project documentation and administrative tasks.
- Track budgets and report performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring product legality, quality, and authenticity.
What you will need:
- min 2+ years' experience in project management and engineering roles, preferably within manufacturing.
- Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong planning, evaluation, and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all business levels.
- Familiarity with safety procedures, quality control, and engineering best practices.
