We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our team on a 6-month temporary basis with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. This position is fully remote, though applicants should be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets from multiple sources.
- Analyse data and produce clear, accurate reports to support business decision-making.
- Build and maintain dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Write basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data (training provided if needed).
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality data outputs.
- Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc data projects as required.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Familiarity with SQL and/or data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) desirable.
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well independently in a remote setting.
- A degree in data, maths, statistics, computer science, economics, or another numerical field (or equivalent experience) is preferred but not essential.
- Must be based in the UK and eligible to work in the UK.
