We are seeking a Project Manager / Delivery Lead to oversee delivery of complex, high-impact gaming software initiatives. This role requires strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, a proven track record with AI/ML or highly technical projects, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. You’ll drive alignment across engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end gaming software delivery using Agile/Scrum.
- Manage project execution across the full SDLC, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are tracked and communicated.
- Anticipate risks, resolve blockers, and escalate effectively to keep projects on track.
- Act as a key liaison with stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment on scope, timelines, and priorities.
Core Required Skills
- 7+ years in software delivery or project management using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience delivering AI/ML projects or other complex, highly technical initiatives.
- Strong working knowledge of SDLC pipeline tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Critical Gaming Context
- Experience driving developer tool adoption, with sensitivity to engineering teams’ workflows and preferences.
- Understanding that game developers operate under strict performance constraints and milestone pressures.
- Experience managing technical integrations in environments where disruptions to productive workflows must be avoided.
Preferred Gaming Skills
- Prior gaming industry project management experience.
- Understanding of cross-platform development challenges and constraints.
- Familiarity with distributed/offshore game development teams and collaboration best practices.
