We are seeking a high performance Portfolio Operations Director to oversee day-to-day execution across our small family investment office and its portfolio companies. This role is central to ensuring that projects are delivered on time, teams stay accountable, and commercial opportunities are maximised.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operational execution across all portfolio businesses and projects.
Ensure teams deliver on their responsibilities, keeping projects on track and within budget.
Provide clear reporting and financial oversight to support decision-making.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to keep momentum high.
Support senior leadership with commercial insight and prioritisation.
Drive consistency, efficiency, and accountability across the portfolio.
Requirements
Strong financial literacy and commercial acumen.
Proven track record in project and team management.
Highly organised with excellent task execution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse sectors.
