The Mission
You are the strategic multiplier, accountable for driving the company to a $10B+ trajectory:
• UHNW Member Acquisition & Lifecycle: Ensure fully capped member onboarding, maximize transactions within contracts, and build an oversubscription list of elite principals.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Orchestrate Sales, Marketing, Chain tech Ops, Client Experience, Legal/Compliance, Finance, and Product to operate seamlessly toward company-wide outcomes.
• Operational Foresight:
Anticipate and neutralize friction, market shifts, or competitor moves before they occur.
• Founder Partnership:
Execute the Founder’s vision ensuring speed, precision, and sovereignty at all levels.
• Impossible Execution:
Nothing is impossible or too complex. You find the most effective, efficient solution without compromising brand, discretion, or operational integrity. Problems exist to be solved, not escalated.
You are not executing once - you’ve done this multiple times at higher stakes.
You’re a miracle worker with the references and experiences that speak for themselves. You’ve done this in companies and organisations where billion-dollar value creation was on the line, and you know how to move capital, assets, and people at scale without fail.
Who You Are
• Serial Chief of Staff, President/COO-level operator with a track record of achieving multi-billion-dollar growth repeatedly.
• Fluent in high-value asset orchestration, regulatory complexity, and UHNW client engagement.
• Obsessed with efficiency, leverage, and execution velocity.
• The Tom Hagen, Alfred, Picard archetype: operational genius, strategic foresight, unshakeable judgment, absolute respect and loyalty to the Founder. (High-ranking military experience is massively appreciated but not an excluder.)
• You thrive in high-pressure, high-visibility, high-stakes environments, where execution compounds value daily.
• You never respond with “this is hard” - you design solutions that make the impossible inevitable and execute.
• You align completely with the Founder’s vision and act with autonomy, initiative, and absolute discretion.
• You must be nuclear-powered. Peerless energy and drive.
• Founder or co-founder level experience yourself is also massively appreciated.

• Founder-aligned strategy across all departments, ensuring execution toward $10Bn+ target.
• Seamless UHNW member onboarding, retention, and transaction optimization.
• Cross-functional initiatives that multiply operational leverage, eliminate silos, and accelerate outcomes.
• Metrics, dashboards, and intelligence to anticipate and act on all strategic inflection points.
• Creating systems and workflows that make the impossible seamless, automatic, and unstoppable.
