Investment Analyst - Energy Infrastructure (role based in Dubai)
A leading Dubai-based energy infrastructure investor is seeking an Analyst.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone on either the sell side or buy side covering the Energy or Infrastructure sectors. This role is also open to those working in project finance. The successful candidate will be able to make an impact from day one, working alongside an experienced investment team.
Excellent financial modelling skills, ideally with knowledge of project finance models, is absolutely essential
Brief role overview
- Build and maintaining infrastructure financial models
- Due diligence on potential new investment opportunities
- Preparing investor & marketing materials as well as Powerpoint decks for IC
- Assist with deal execution for new and realised projects
- Monitor and help manage existing projects
- Work closely with internal project development & corporate teams as well as external counterparties
Requirements
- Required experience: 2 – 4 years in an energy or infrastructure focused role (advisory or buyside)
- Exceptional modelling experience at a market leading developer, investment bank, investment manager or Big 4 is essential
- Candidates from a project finance background are encouraged to apply
- Strong educational background from a well-recognised institution will also be favourable
- Open to overseas candidates
