Scope of the Role:
As Head of Product Development, you’ll own the end-to-end product roadmap and lead a multi-disciplinary team across design, R&D and development.
- Drive product strategy from concept to launch across multiple categories.
- Lead mechanical product design, industrial design and development functions.
- Champion innovation across darts, consumer electronics and licensed products.
- Strengthen integration with China-based engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Build scalable processes that support global collaboration and delivery.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Head of Product Development, Product Director or NPD Lead.
- Strong background in mechanical product design or industrial design.
- Experience launching consumer products, ideally in consumer electronics or connected hardware.
- Skilled in leading design and development teams with manufacturing integration.
- Commercially minded leader with a track record of product innovation.
