As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and driven Project Coordinator who is ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation startup environment. This role is not for everyone. It’s for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, work hard, adapt fast, and help bring game-changing solutions to life. It will require someone who is willing to beyond the 9-5 to deliver excellence and travel internationally (including to the Middle East) as part of the journey.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
- Own project tracking using MS Teams, MS Project, and modern collaboration tools.
- Support onboarding of new team members and help them hit the ground running.
- Monitor progress, identify risks early, and contribute to structured delivery.
- Prepare reports, gap analyses, client presentations, and documentation that drive progress and clarity.
What You Bring
- Startup mindset- A resilient person who is willing to work as part of the team trying to achieve a common goal in completely unchartered waters.
- Proven experience in project coordination or similar fast moving roles.
- Hands-on experience with MS Teams, MS Project, and other project tools.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Great communication - you’ll be working across tech, leadership, and clients.
- A passion for structure and detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 3 weeks when it is required.

Pay: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
