- Proven leader and operator with experience scaling high performing teams globally, while fostering a positive work environment that motivates their sellers to achieve goals
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience scaling high-performing global teams and working successfully with cross functional departments, mainly product and marketing
- Industry Experience: A background in B2B SaaS, ideally touching global SMB and mid-market, for companies $150+MM ARR
- Leadership Style: Tenacious, cross-functional people leader with the ability to inspire & guide global teams to deliver. “Knows what great looks like” and can effectively guide team toward those standards
- Experience managing and leading a global team of at least 50 people, with ability to scale that team as necessary
Location: London. Hybrid with strong in office culture.
Compensation: 500,000 - 600,000 (total annual compensation)
