Job Title : Data Scrum Master
Location : UK
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support the team in following Agile practices and principles, fostering self-organization and accountability.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
- Identify and remove obstacles that impede the team's progress and work to ensure the team remains focused on achieving sprint goals.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, promoting continuous improvement and growth.
- Ensure clear and open communication within the Scrum team and with external stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Help the team maintain a sustainable pace of work and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive, and productive team environment.
- Promote a culture of transparency, feedback, and continuous learning within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Experience in P&C Insurance domain / Guidewire Product.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is highly preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on removing impediments and fostering self-organization.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £400.00-£430.00 per day
