Unity Advisory is a challenger advisory firm.
Built for the AI-enabled world, we operate a lean, conflict-free, and client-centric model that embeds AI across all workstreams.
With no audit practice, we do not have the audit-related conflicts which allows us to focus entirely on delivering value to clients with agility and innovative, outcome-based commercial models. Our culture is highly collaborative and flat-structured and free of traditional partner P&L silos – pursuing the best outcomes for our clients.
We are seeking a highly organised and delivery-oriented Operations Project Manager to join our growing internal operations team. You will work closely with senior leadership - including the COO - to support and drive cross-functional initiatives that scale our operations and improve internal efficiency.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Mayfair office. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is eager to take ownership of operational delivery while learning the mechanics of a rapidly growing advisory firm.
In due course, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to take on client-facing project responsibilities - supporting or leading engagements across our advisory offerings, including operating model design, AI-enabled transformation, finance optimisation and managed services.
Manage and deliver internal strategic and operational projects from planning to execution (e.g. systems rollout, process improvement, knowledge management, resource planning).
Work closely with the COO and other leaders to track key firm-wide initiatives, identify dependencies, and proactively manage risks and blockers.
Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status updates and communication materials for internal stakeholders.
Partner with business functions (e.g. Finance, People, Tech, Client Delivery) to ensure seamless coordination of operational workflows.
Support continuous improvement across core business systems, knowledge tools, and operational governance - driving efficiencies and automation using technology and AI tools where feasible.
Coordinate and document internal operating rhythms - standups, steering groups, retrospectives, etc.
Support leadership with strategic planning cycles and key internal deliverables.
In time, support or lead delivery of external client-facing engagements in line with Unity Advisory’s service offerings.
Contribute to shaping a high-performing operations function that scales with the firm.
Demonstrable experience in operations, business management, or project delivery - ideally in a professional services or consulting environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes at pace.
High attention to detail and an ownership mindset; comfortable working independently and escalating where needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesise complex information clearly.
Collaborative, low-ego approach to working across teams and levels.
Comfortable using modern productivity tools (e.g. Notion, Asana, Miro, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
Familiarity with agile methodologies, OKRs or similar performance frameworks is a plus.
Interest in working in a fast-scaling, AI-enabled professional services environment, with curiosity to understand the end-to-end operation of a modern, high-growth business.
Experience in client-facing roles or a willingness to develop into one.
Exposure to internal consulting, senior stakeholders (e.g. COO and senior management), or business transformation projects.
Experience working in or with high-growth organisations or start-up/scale-up environments.
Experience working with private equity.
We offer a flexible and hybrid working environment, where individuals are empowered to drive impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the operational backbone of a modern advisory firm and gain exposure to both internal strategic delivery and external client engagements. You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team that’s redefining what advisory can look like in the age of AI.
