Are you passionate about e-commerce and looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? NEOM Wellbeing is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager Amazon & E-Retail to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working out of either our London or Harrogate office.
This position is responsible for managing Amazon across the UK and Rest of World, driving growth and excellence in our digital presence. Also responsible for the management of our e-partners and pure players, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
This position is responsible for the people management of our Commercial Executive Amazon & E-Retail, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

What You Will Do
- Deliver a 12-month commercial strategy through innovative sales and digital marketing solutions focused on profitability
- Build, negotiate, and manage a strategic calendar with promotions to boost sales performance across accounts. Align plans with retailer strategies and negotiate annual business plans for profitable growth
- Manage day-to-day relationships with media agencies to achieve strategic objectives
- Ensure media mix coherence with overall media strategy in collaboration with channel direction
- Master and own channel and account P+Ls to make strategic decisions and achieve objectives
- Adapt commercial strategy based on a strong understanding of all accounts across channels
- Provide clear reports on activity and sales performance, analysing results vs targets and identifying stretch or gap plans
- Develop measurement frameworks with target metrics and benchmarks for Amazon and eRetail channels
- Excel in forecasting, setting and communicating targets to the wider business
- Integrate key brand campaigns and product launches into channel strategy, ensuring external partners align with the vision
- Understand company strategy and how Amazon and eRetail channels contribute, negotiating internally to meet channel needs
- Achieve online excellence through regular site reviews and optimization
- Monitor and track sell-in and sell-out performance, identifying stretch or gap plans to achieve forecasted sales
Requirements
- Previous experience with Amazon seller central is required
- Experience with Amazon vendor central is desirable
- Previous account management experience of e-partners and pure players is desirable but not required
- Prior people management experience with strong leadership skills
- Prior experience within the beauty industry is desirable
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the brand
- Strong knowledge in the operations and systems, ERP
- Naturally customer focused, understanding of assets and activation opportunities in UK wholesale
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate, persuade and mediate at all levels both within the organisation and with external partners
- Commercially minded and able to work proficiently with numbers: Forecasting, Margins, P&L, etc
- Be flexible and able to adjust to work processes or procedures
- Unrelenting focus on team performance, development, engagement and championing their wellbeing
- A desire for excellence to inspire the team and to keep a continuous eye on what is working and needs to be challenged
- Can-do attitude and positive, growth mindset.
