As Deputy Director of PMO, you will provide strategic oversight, ensuring robust programme and project management to support the delivery of PAHT2030 – our long-term vision for a new hospital and transformed care pathways. You will work closely with system leaders, local authorities, and community partners, embedding collaboration to drive change and innovation across our health and care system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of strategic programmes aligned with PAHT2030 and wider system transformation.
- Work in partnership with place-based partners to integrate services, improve population health outcomes, and enhance patient experience.
- Develop and maintain a best-in-class PMO function, ensuring governance, risk management, and performance oversight across key initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring that projects deliver measurable benefits for our communities.
- Provide expert leadership, coaching, and development for PMO teams and senior stakeholders.
