Madison Hunt is partnered with an international and rapidly growing mid-market energy transition fund to hire a Vice President, based in London. Having successfully raised a $500m first fund, the team has adopted a core plus / value add investment strategy. They invest across wind, solar, sustainable fuels, electric mobility and many other energy transition asset classes across Europe and North America. As the fund continues to regularly invest, there is a need to hire a VP to play a key role in the execution of investments and portfolio management. #
Interested candidate will:
- Be currently sitting in a Senior Associate / VP position within an infrastructure and/or renewable energy private equity fund
- Have an in-depth understanding of the infrastructure and/or renewable energy market in Europe with proven deal track record
- Possess an excellent deal execution skill set, including strong modelling abilities
- Hold a business, finance, mathematics (or related) degree from a highly regarded university
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
- Be motivated by the opportunity to join a newly established and growing investment fund
