This Head of Transformation for this Housing association will combine all 3 elements of the above in fundamental role for this business.
Some of the responsibilities of the role below:
- Drive the execution of our projects and programmes by providing strategic leadership and direction across service design, PMO, project delivery, and change management functions.
- As a key member of the Senior Leadership Group, foster strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure the Transformation function is fully embedded across the organisation. This includes overseeing the transformation portfolio and leading governance frameworks to support prioritisation and benefit realisation.
- Establish and lead the Change Management function, ensuring the effective integration of new ways of working for both employees and customers.
- Champion transformation across the organisation
- Develop and embed a customer-centric service design approach, helping colleagues at all levels appreciate the importance of streamlined and impactful customer journeys.

This exciting role will be responsible for shaping and advancing our transformation service, leading the execution of high-impact, large-scale projects and programmes that support the achievement of our strategic objectives.
You will be building the transformation function from the ground up essentially, so having experience with transformation projects in the infancy stages would be beneficial.
The position will collaborate closely with our Executive Board, as part of the Senior Leadership Team, to drive their progression from good to great.
You will likely bring a background in transformation and business improvement, with comprehensive experience across digital, people, and service-based change initiatives.
What they are offering:
- Up to £92,000
- Hybrid working - 1 or 2 days a week in office (Central London)
