Full-time internship starting in June 2025, with duration of 6-12 months
TowerBrook is looking for a generalist intern to join the European Portfolio Group team (PG). The PG's primary focus is to support the execution of deals and help portfolio companies in their value creation plan. The intern will be actively involved in all PG's activities, including:
- Support investment team in evaluating deals, lead commercial and operational due diligences with advisors, and develop value creation plans for new investments
- Work with Portfolio Companies' management to deliver their value creation plan. These strategic projects typically relate to transformation, operational excellence, organic growth, or M&A initiatives
- Drive TowerBrook’s internal growth and strategic initiatives (e.g., knowledge development, cross-portfolio initiatives, implementation of new tools)
The intern will be considered a full member of the TowerBrook team. They are expected to be a self-starter and will have exposure to transactions, Portfolio Companies' management teams and TowerBrook's senior management.
This internship is an opportunity to join a close-knit and dynamic team, offering exposure to companies across different sectors and business domains. It will help build business and technical knowledge and provide an overview of the investment lifecycle.
