PMO Support Manager – Digital Transformation

The Digital Transformation team drives innovation and delivers strategic initiatives to enhance MBNL’s operational efficiency and value for stakeholders. This role supports the Portfolio and PMO functions to ensure alignment, prioritization, and delivery of transformation initiatives in collaboration with MBNL teams and shareholder businesses.
This role ensures smooth delivery and tracking of Programme Increments (PIs) as part of the Digital Transformation strategy. By aligning priorities, managing factory demand requirements, and serving as a central point of contact, the Portfolio/PMO Support role drives consistency and visibility across initiatives to meet business and shareholder expectations
What you will do:
- Collaborate with MBNL and shareholder stakeholders to agree on and align PI prioritization and content.
- Maintain and track the status of PIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Track and manage factory demand requirements, ensuring alignment with resource capacity and capabilities. Ensure requirements from the business meet the level of detail needed for the Agile delivery process.
- Act as the central point of contact for PI backlog items and inflight delivery, providing updates and resolving queries. Produce reports to accurately track the performance of the programme and provide inputs/outputs into governance reporting.
- Partner with MBNL and shareholder businesses to ensure transparent communication and agreement on prioritization and tracking processes.
- Continuously review and improve tracking and reporting mechanisms to streamline workflows and enhance delivery transparency.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in portfolio/PMO support roles.
- Strong organizational and tracking skills.
- Knowledge of demand and backlog management.
- Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
Nice to have:
- Background in telecommunications.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and processes.
- Experience in agile methodologies or similar frameworks.
