£65,000-£75,000 + bonus + benefits, London
This leading project management consultancy work with Tier 1 real estate developer and investor clients in Central London with several award winning projects in their portfolio.
They currently seek a Senior Project Manager to join their team due to new projects coming on line in Q1 2025, these are a mix of new build and cut/carve with contract values c£10m-150m.
About you:
You will ideally be a chartered project management professional with 4+ years experience in a consultancy delivering projects under JCT contract.
Additional candidate attributes:
- Degree qualified in a property related subject
- Ideally chartered such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent
- 4+ years project management experience
- Experience delivering new build, cut & carve or fit out projects
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication
