Head of PMO – Governance, Project Framework, Portfolio Performance, Change, Financial Services – Contract – London/Remote - £850 - £950 p.d. Inside IR35
My Client, a leading Data & Analytics business are seeking a Head of PMO to join their London office/remotely on an initial contract basis with intent to go permanent in the future.
You will be ensuring the smooth running of the Project Management Office for a key and highly visible area of the business. Speaking directly to C-Suite stakeholders to help drive the delivery of change & strategic objectives whilst also reporting on the portfolio performance.
The successful candidate must ensure governance is created and defined for this division as well as the standardisation and project alignment of multiple change projects across the portfolio. You will also need to set up the project framework with clear project RAG change methodologies.
Key skills include:
- Extensive experience as a Head of PMO within a data driven/Financial Services organisation
- Proven experience of creating Governance experience is a must
- Experience of delivering multimillion change portfolios of work in challenging and ever-changing environments
- Clear communication skills and excellent stakeholder management - reporting up to C-Suite level
