Before we arrived on the scene, if you wanted really great beauty products, you had to shop at traditional beauty retail - and overpay for all the crazy markups. Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie.
So, what will you be doing?
- Reporting to the Communications manager, you will assist in executing PR and influencer strategies
- Support the team in researching and reaching out to influencer partners
- Execute all influencer and press product send-outs including liaising with team and warehouse
- Coordinate and track press coverage and media mentions
- Support the preparation and execution of PR and influencer events and activations
- Organise and maintain the communications database and trackers
- Work closely with both the paid and organic social teams to maximise influencer coverage
- Conduct research on market trends and competitors as needed
- Provide administrative support to the communications team as required
- Create regular reports on press and influencer coverage to be shared with the wider team
- Some weekend work may be required

- Proactive, ambitious and energetic marketer near the start of their career, looking for the opportunity to make your mark and achieve something remarkable
- This is an entry-level role, internships or prior experience in beauty, PR, influencer marketing, or a related field is a plus
